DALLAS, March 26 /PRNewswire/ -- Todays Legal Staffing, a subsidiary of staffing and outsourcing leader CDI Corp. (NYSE: CDI), today announced that it has acquired privately held Spectra Professional Search / Spectra Temps, a Boston-based provider of legal staffing services. Terms of the agreement are not being disclosed.

The acquisition will significantly expand Todays Legal Staffing services in Boston, the sixth largest market for legal staffing services in the country. Todays currently provides both office support staffing and legal staffing in the Boston area, operating under the names Todays Office Staffing and Todays Legal Staffing.

Spectra Professional Search / Spectra Temps offers its customers temporary, temporary-to-hire, and direct hire staffing services focused on legal secretaries, paralegals, attorneys, and other legal support positions. Todays and Spectra will combine their Boston management teams and staff.
